Lou Ott Baseball

This is my experience of the open cages: pros: there were tons of balls, the safety of those playing was emphasized cons: the building was not well-marked from the road, the price seemed way too high (considering that there were no pitching machines), the balls were filthy, the customer service was mediocre (in that the person on the phone was not at the building, there was no one we could talk to when we first walked in, the worker on duty did not try to make things right when we told him we were disappointed with our overall experience), not to mention that there was no air-conditioning (as I expected, given it was indoors). Just a poor atmosphere, and certainly not worth the price. To all reading this, please note that me giving a 2-star rating is in no way an attack on the person, character, or experience of Lou Ott. If it was, one would expect a 1-star rating. As far as I know, Mr. Ott may be a great man to get to know. I truly think it is great that he is trying to help aspiring young ball-players refine their skills. Please understand, this ONLY deals with my experience of the open cages, not of any private lessons.

Lou helped me a lot with baseball and has helped me become a better player

I have taken my son here several times. He has received very good instruction and I can see improved performance at the plate. We will definitely be booking more lessons.
