Lou's Custom Exhaust

My experience was amazing they did an awesome job with my Chevy 1500, welds we perfect and sounds amazing, only thing they didn’t do was replace my o2 sensors after the exhaust was done and I asked them to put new ones in also,but they used my old ones. So I installed all new ones and i am still very happy worth every penny, thanks again guys I’m sure I’ll see u again.

Went in to get a full custom exhaust done for my '92 Lexus LS400 w/128k on the clock and came back to hear if I liked a certain muffler but the car didn't start. Turns out my engine is seized. Odd it happened at their shop and while the car was off? They didn't give me much info when I called asking if anything had happened when they were driving the car to get it onto the lift. I'll find out what it was this winter and hopefully finally hear the exhaust they put on... great place besides this weird coincidence.Service: Exhaust

I can’t say enough about this team as a single woman it’s always been stressful to take your car in to a garage but Lou’s custom exhaust was highly recommended by a professional so I went Ito the Saco location I needed a hole in my exhaust repaired so I can pass inspection they did it on the spot beautifully and for a wonderful price so a month and a half later when I had a serious rattle in my car I knew that I could take it to Lou’s they would put it on the lift and then tell me what the situation was they would fix it or they would refer me my heat shields were all loose bolts tightened and replaced my service guy came in and said all set then he said no charge he just did it out of the goodness of his heart I walk to my car in the scorching heat he has the car on the And the A/C running he treated me like family what a find ! It was a bit confusing for me and probably for them. A mobile mechanic had torn my car partly apart and lose said they could fix me right up but then when they saw that the turbocharger was removed they decided they could not do it after I had it towed there. They seem like really good people and I've since spoken with plenty of people who had top quality work done there.

After having an unpleasant experience at another exhaust shop I was at a loss of what to do about my exhaust for my upcoming inspection. I called the shop in Portland and they got me set up with a full catback all in the same afternoon. Quality work and quality people. I have used Lou's for both my 94 Chevy Suburban and now my 93 Dodge Intrepid as no one sells that muffler anymore. Lou's made ours from stainless steel and i wanted the exhaust to have a silent note, look at the double resonators and they had a quick turnaround considering i drove from Thomaston to get this done right, 5 year warranty on the stainless. Highly recommend especially if you are going to keep your ride for the long haul like me.
