Loud Security is a Wonderful Security Company. The Staff has been Wonderful if I have any questions. The Service men were very Friendly and Professional when they came to my house. They explained exactly what they were doing. It was a great Transition for my move to Cobb County, Georgia. I have dealt with other Companies in other states and none of them were ever this Good & Professional! Never mind the fact of the Great Price for Wonderful Service! They know what they are doing. Jenna and Rob are seriously the best at providing you with the comfort of knowing your home will be safe. When my system was not working, Jenna continue to follow up until progress is made. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with how do use my system and knowing that She would not stop until my system was completely fixed. She was prompt at returning my calls and a pleasant to talk to on the phone. Rob came twice and was super professional. He worked while talking on the phone with the security system to make sure everything was going smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Good technical staff, well priced service, however make sure you get all the information you can upfront with the sales staff and ask extra questions. First they quoted me one monthly premium I signed a contract for, then after the fact told me it would actually cost more. Secondly, I had about $300 in up charges after signing a contract and completed installation for equipment I was told I would not need to pay for. It all came across like a bait and switch. Sales staff seemed very unprepared, forgetful and did not have their facts together. All of this could've been avoided if they were more detail oriented.

Quite honestly, this company is not what it used to be. Too big to fail I guess at this point! I needed a sensor on old alarm and in past had great experience with loud. My current service was 24.95 but the company owner was friend of man I bought business from and lived 2 hours away which made hard to come to my location. I called loud and was quoted free alarm and reasonable service charge monthly. Didn't realize all the fees were not 1 time as it seemed and put my service monthly at 48, not to mention the ober $600 bill i got soon after and several other ridiculous charges that were explained in several different ways that made no sense after i was told it was free with service. That's not even the problem. The alarm was delivered with wrong stuff and took months to fix. They ruined my brand new 8k roll up door, cut existing lines in Paystation leaving it unusable and repaired at my expense. Then finally figured out the quote had wireless sensors so they installed. These sensors have been sending false alarms so much that the police fine me 50 per occurrence. They are coming out to fix today and said that I have ti pay for the bad sensors or incompetence at 115 an hour? Save yourself the headaches and go with a legit company that takes pride in the business like this one used to

Have been a LOUD Customer now for over 12 years. They have installed by home security system and upgraded my security camera system to digital last year. Have been impressed with their knowledge of security systems, their friendly and professional staff and the quick response to any issues I have had. Highly reccommend them. They are a privately owned local company with great leadership from John Loud.

I have been a Loud customer for over twenty years. The few times I had equipment problems it was taking care of with in three days. I have always experienced quality care front the front office, sales and the technical departments. I like a company that puts the customers first and will always strive to keep them happy that is Loud Security.

Excellent customer service and a product that is top-notch. I’ve been with them for over 10 years as both a residential and commercial customer. They take great care of their customers and their products are affordable and reliable. I’ve never had a bad experience with them in over a decade.

I’ve been a Loud customer for over 6 years and the courtesy, knowledge and expertise of the technicians who installed it were awesome. When a sensor goes off, Loud responds immediately. The police, however, do not! That itself is very scary! I would highly recommend Loud Security to others.

The worse experience I have ever had locally. I am long time ADT customer but decided to try a local service this time around. I had to continuously reach out to the "installation team" to come out and install smoke detecters to replace the defected one from the initial install date. You would think customer service would reach out to me within a day or two to figure out the next best date, but absolutely not! After a week of silence, I called the operations office and got the runaround for a week and a half. Turns out the installation team was ONE PERSON!! The installation guys created a NEW hole in the wall instead of using the SAME hole as the previous system. I am highly disappointed in Loud. Overall lack of trust for this company has led me to quickly cancel my agreement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOUD SECURITY SYSTEMS.

When we first had Loud Security installed I thought it seemed very expensive knowing that they were going to get a monthly monitoring fee. Six months in I had a problem with the door contact and was told there’s no warranty on the equipment. They were going to charge me to come out and check on it at two years I decided I didn’t want their monitoring anymore and found out I was locked into a three-year contract that’s why they get three stars.
