My husband bought this wallet for me exactly 2 years ago from the LV store at The Wynn. He paid $531 for what he thought would be a durable and great gift. This wallet was not even used for the first 4 months since COVID shut down the country. Literally within 1 year the wallet was starting to break apart. Yes, I should have taken it sooner. I did a lot of research about this and everyone I spoke to told me to take it back and how they should offer a complimentary repair or replacement. Going to the store was useless. The sales associate and the store manager were NO HELP. They said they couldn’t do anything. After I insisted, they said a repair would take about 20 weeks and it would cost as much as a new wallet. The manager offered to go 50/50 on the repairs. How is that even right?!?! Please save your time and money from dealing this establishment. They obviously don’t stand by the quality of their product and they obviously sell defective items.

Great customer service, unfortunately I wasn’t able to find my size for the shoes I wanted, but they looked around and guided me the LV store in the City Center to buy them from there.

I recently went to this store in hopes to buy a bag and pair of shoes for my dad when i had asked for help i was helped by a very rude and condescending Asian lady , when i asked for the orange LV trunk bag i had seen on online LV store online she said that was an old collection i completely understood but then she asked for a photo she just kept saying yea that old in a very rude condescending manner and when i said ok no problem I’ll see if i can get it online rudely she said it wouldn’t be available again because it’s an old collection , I’m not familiar with fashion like that but to make me feel dumb and repeat that it’s old collection when i said ok i understand it very condescending and talking down to me , Iv bought from this store before and very helpful staff but the lady just ruined this experience for me

The store is horrible called spoke with associate directly about a bag they had one in stock the gentleman said he would place it on hold. I specifically asked the gentleman what time they will close and he stated 9pm. I made it around 7:10 and they were already closed one of the associates was coming to the door, and manger of the store signaled her not to come. Waste of time I will return the Lv items that was purchased and will not purchased from them agian

OMG the staff here is AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about them... I’ve had some great experiences at LVs around the world as well as a handful that were less-than-stellar..., but thanks to staff members who are incredibly fun and funny and still professional, this is at the top of the list. Aside from the fabulous staff, the selection is also great - especially for one of the smaller boutiques. Literally, the only “negative” thing I can say about this store other than the random groups of drunk college bros that came through in a cloud of cheap cologne - that’s just Vegas is that I didn’t get any Moët. I know - cue the violins... My shopping experience a few weeks ago was beyond excellent from the minute I stepped in; Colleen C Team Lead was literally the friendliest and funniest person I’ve met in retail - and the service she provided was outstanding. After she helped me for a while with some complicated questions and specific searches, she had to assist some other customers - who were crazy - and drunk my words, not hers... she was way more professional than I could have ever been with them. Fortunately, Nico stepped in to help me continue my quest, and it turns out he’s just as great as Colleen. Between the two of them, I had the best LV experience I’ve had in years - and the last great experience may or may not have been heavily influenced by great Champagne and the fact that it was a holiday party. These guys were able to locate a pair of shoes in high demand shipped directly to me, they held a bag at one of the other Vegas boutiques that I picked up the next day, they let me play around with and try on one of the crazy holster bags which I bought, and found a couple bracelets hidden away. I’ve been trying to keep my love for LV under control, but these guys are making it VERY difficult. I can’t recommend them enough - they’re the gold standard of luxury shopping - always professional but not stuffy or snotty. Love them!

WE had a GREAT EXPERIENCE in that store. We meet A EXPERIENCE CLIENT ADVISOR RUBEN CAQUIAS gave us GREAT SERVICE. NO PRESSURE TO BUY. Answer all our questions with no attitude. He spend time with us, no attitude like we was wasting his time. He was just a great guy.YES IDID !!! PURCHASE A COUPLE OF ITEMS. Lol RUBEN JUST A KOOL GUY !!! THANK YOU FOR THE EXPERIENCE !!!!

Debbie no way i would shop anywhere u work. LV loves all people unlike your self. And i cant help iam not the race u would like in a store you dont own u deserve 0 stars

the staff here are world CLASS next level.! out of this world! i was looking for a specific bag . They went out of the way to find one for me!. told me that it would only take them 10 minutes for them to get it. did they EVER surprise me. when i come back im coming back to here for sure!

Jorge is exceptional. I'll fly out to Vegas just to hang out with him again and talk LV. Definitely dedicated to the brand and a gem for LV. Thank you.

I never can visit this store because of vary long line! You should let more people inside! Like every other stores do.
