was asked to hold "briefly" when she came back nearly five min later,*my phone showed the time* I asked if they took medicaid, at ANY locations, first she said no, then said not in BR, I asked again, at ANY, she asked where my PCP was, I told her, Denham Springs, she stated yes they took it in Denham, but there is a wait, then hung up on me.

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible customer service and clinic management! The doctor and nurses are amazing, but the front of the house needs some work. I just watched this heartless/rude lady see a US Postal Worker carrying a box full of mail (both hands full) and slammed the door shut 3 feet from his face. Someone else in the waiting room with me saw this, as well, and got up and opened the door for him. Additionally, this is not a first come, first serve type of clinic. After checking in on time, had to watch patient after patient arrive after me be seen before before this 20 minute check up can be done (35 minutes after the scheduled appointment!) If you're reading this, please find a healthcare provider that puts the patient first.

My name is Jeremy K. Gillis and i lov LA Dermatology and i go to the one in Baton Rouge,La. They are very nice and friendly as well as helpful. If and one need a Dermatology to go to then this is your place to go. Dermatologist K. Green is the best but all them can and will help.

It was my first visit to Louisiana Dermatology, and it was a great experience! Dr. Tara Rheubottom is a wonderful care giver. She looked at my skin issues and knew what it was that may work best for me. Her two nurses, Ms. Kiesha and Ms. Renée, are both so very kind. I felt welcomed and cared about. I will definitely recommend them to others!
