If they make a lot of money from you they cater to you but if you are a small upstart you aren't worth their time or trouble Terrible service if you are not one of their big money accounts. They do not return phone calls and cancel your orders without a courtesy call or explanation. They people answering the phone when you call act like you are bothering them by calling to ask a question or resolve a problem. Don Couvillion is probably the only really nice, helpful guy there. He was always polite,help you resolvesmyissues and did return phone calls if you are lucky enough to get him. They are continuously out of stock on important items and their prices are not really great compared to other suppliers like HD Smith and others. Area rep sucks. I think we saw her once in 9 months and that was because she was snooping for information from us, also we weren't one of her biggest accounts so shedidn't make as much money on us as the others. She tells other pharmacies in the LWD cartel, who are your competition, all your business and then they use it against you to steal business. Buyer beware
