The St. Matthews branch is the only branch I trust that will check in all the items I’ve returned. I’ve had issues with some of the other branches, which is one of the reasons I switched to St. Matthews.
Very nice facility but getting someone to help you is difficult. I inquired about where to find a book and was given a aisle number. THERE ARE NO AISLE NUMBERS posted. The two people up front only left their seats to talk to each other. The northeast branch has people falling over themselves to help.
Such a beautiful library! I wish more libraries were updated to this capacity! Highly recommend
Nice small quiet library with good selection of books. Good for a quick stop if you need to return a book. The childrens section is great and it has some baby toys. My sister's favorite part has always been the hamster cage!
Nice new library but same rude and unhelpful staff- especially in children’s section.
Friendly staff, good selection of books
I take my child to the baby storytime nearly every week. I highly recommend it and the children's library.
