Review on customer service and stablishment practices only. I booked the required assessment phone call prior to being allow to make an appointment. She was book for the time I wanted the appointment and said she was going to let us know. Never heard back from her. Tried to schedule online but couldn’t as it seemed my account was not clear yet to be able to scheduled. Texted her…she texted back saying ones again she was going to let us know. Fast forward to almost a year later. I decided to give it another try. This time I was able to book the appointment only for her to cancel saying I needed to book another assessment call. I informed her that I had done one already. She said she had no records of it and it was up to me “the customer” to show proof. I send her a text message from the phone I used to communicated in the passes for her to check her records. I never heard back from her. She spoke in a condescending tone, down talked other nail salons as an excuse for her behavior and the reason she was so great and better than everyone else because “she is a nurse”. “Everyone sees my review and want to schedule an appointment with me. I’m a nurse not, not one of those nail salons, so I have practices in place to prevent me from catching COVID” as if a phone conversation is going to stop that. While I appreciate her practices during COVID, her little scam with fees associated with a phone call are ridiculously. Previous nail history can easily be answer on a form online. It’s truly a shame.

Christina’s salon is clean and inviting. She has EXCELLENT COVID protocols in place, which made me most comfortable. She is attentive and makes you feel like you’ve known her for years - even if you’ve only just met. She was prompt and finished within our appointment window. I will be booking more services in the future.Service: Pedicure

I've been coming to Loveaux for almost 2 years now and unless I move out of this area and can't afford to fly her out to do my nails wherever I move, Christina will always be my go to nail technician! She does an excellent job with my manicures and pedicures EVERY TIME and she is a great listener and the best storyteller I know. She has a loyal customer in me!Services: Pedicure

Christina is the best. She is like a friend to me now. I feel like I just left therapy after I leave my appointments. She has the best stories. Her service is also impeccable. Her spot is small but clean. She never rushes her service like the Asian nail salons do. And her appts are spaces so you are never waiting to be seen. I trusted her with my most prized possession. My daughter had her first bikini wax with her, and though painful, she loves the service and plans to make regular visits now.

Where do I begin? Lol! I had both nail and wax services done... both were firsts! Christina was patient, informative and very personable. I was especially nervous about the waxing and she never made me feel uncomfortable. My nails were done simply but beautiful just how I wanted and my lady parts have never been smoother! Thank you Christina for helping to make my wedding day special!
