Loved Ones In Home Care

This place is a joke. They can't keep staff they don't have any nurses in their office. They make up rules as they go. They sent in one worker to a home of people I know and they just sit on their butts and did NOTHING! Then would call loved ones and tell them that they are having a hard time in the house because they asked them for help. Then they sent someone else into the same home and that worker took from the people and hardly ever showed up and quits with out reason then they send the first worker back into the house and she claims she couldn't get anything done. When their house stays cleaned but all they asked was to help with client instead of sitting and talking all morning. Until it was time for them to leave. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They even sent a worker out to the same house and made her switch companies like it was her fault. These people dpmt have a heart and doesn't care about their clients!
