I'm very impressed. What they didn't have. What they do have. Make up for what they don't have. Very well stocked. I got just what I needed at a reasonable price. Concrete sealer. Thompson's concrete sealer. I'm never unhappy at this location. I plan to come back and get a John Deere L170 lawn mower.
Carson, Tristian, David, and the customer service woman forgot her name were very helpful to me! Outstanding customer service! I was looking for roofing advice/items and screen a door! They helped me get the knowledge I need to make an informed decision about some home projects I need to get done. I’ll definitely will be shopping here again! Customer service was better here than the Home Depot across the street.
I don't normally have much to say about the service at home improvement stores, since usually the service is usually... forgettable, if not terrible- but in this particular instance, the staff in the appliance department was truly helpful and dare I say, even caring, as I had a warranty issue that I had come in for and everyone, beginning with Chuck at the service desk, to Tina, the department manager who came up with a great solution and even the store manager Johnny, came out to ensure that everything was taken care of. What a great customer service experience- THANK YOU!
This Lowe’s is perfectly fine. The store is clean and the staff is nice. Tucked away nicely away from but accessible to the highway, the area is pretty safe and the lot is traffic-jam-free. The staff do a good job of using displays to push seasonal items without being too on the nose. They have always been kind and helpful to me. Between this Lowe’s and the Home Depot across the highway, Lowe’s competes neck-to-neck. There are some things one does a little better than the other, but they definitely are both great. This Lowe’s tends to have a better selection of some things, but it’s a toss up of specifics. The staff at the Home Depot does tend to be just slightly nicer, but the Lowe’s tends to be slightly cleaner too. Overall, I can’t offer a great deal of criticism of this store. They do most things well and mostly represent the brand well.
Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. Tried multiple times to get in touch with anyone to try and get status of a delivery, nothing. Couldn't speak with anyone in management, they would hang up or were to busy to take a call. Wouldn't even speak in person. Zero help after purchase. Couldn't get basic answers as to why a delivery could not be made. They would only say someone will call to confirm delivery today, NO CALL. Call back to get a delivery window and the automated service says its scheduled, but then it doesn't show up in that time. Try and call to get status, good luck, no one has any answers. After 3 days of trying to get assistance and answers but getting nothing, this order will be canceled/ returned nothing physical to return because you can't get service or answers in that regard. Will not bother with this location or company in the future.
I needed a replacement belt for the deck of my John Deere riding mower. I called and was told yes we have it in stock. I got there and they didn't. When I bought the tractor I was sold an extended warranty that I was told... for the life of my tractor anything I bought would be reimbursed. Service desk says... no that is a 2 year contract I am done with Lowe's. I will not go in that back again. I'm going to close my account , and shop at home depot from Milan
Had an appointment with Jim in the cabinet department. He is amazing! He designed our entire kitchen and is now working on our laundry room and pantry. He showed us options and took the time to understand what we wanted.
Huge shout out to J and Avensky in the Paint department, helped us match a color that was almost impossible and were so patient and helpful after multiple attempts of getting the end result. Knowledgeable and thought outside the box. Had a smile the entire time even when it got frustrating. Great teamwork!

Called the store with a question about product availability after looking up the availability online I just wanted a physical verification the product was there before driving to the store. The associate mumbled a few words which I believe he said he doesn't have any, the line proceeded to go blank for roughly 11 minutes while I drove to the store at this point , I was assuming that he was looking for the product to make sure it's availability however after getting to the store and walking around a few the isles he hung up on me. Found two associates close by sitting around talking, I asked them if they knew where the product was and sure enough it wasn't very far away, I was looking for metric and all I can find was SAE. After moving a few boxes the very last package was metric behind all the SAE. The associate didn't really bother to try to help just visually glanced in the direction and looked at the first package and said nothing here. Moral of the story... If I call in and ask a question and your associates aren't competent enough to confidently answer the question, I go into your store and I have to check myself out as well. I don't really understand the need to hire associates on the floor.
