Very fast curbside pickup, helpful and professional staff, but masks are not required by customers, and many do not wear them. Mask wearing by employees is often below the nose. If you fear Covid, use curbside. If you don't fear Covid, highly recommended for all manner of shopping.
Customer service is terrible. They do not answer the phone. It takes the staff 3x's longer than it should to complete task. Lowes needs to replace all staffing at this location.
Called with a simple question. 4 calls cut off, eternal hold, transfers and no call back. Took corporate office day and a half to get someone from that store to contact me. 2 stars because at least they eventually gave me the 15.00 part for free for my troubles.
We went get paint. The lady at paint department very nice. Helped us. Ms. Sunnie.
Knew exactly what we wanted. Bought it easily, even though it was a large appliance. Sales staff was so personable & rolled thru the formalities so we hardly noticed or minded & actually made our trip & subsequent purchase actually enjoyable. Would definitely er ly recommend this store & will use again.
