Lowe's Home Improvement - Louisville

We purchased a LG washer today and received great service both from the associate who gave us a nice deal on the last display model and new employee Carlene at the register. She greeted us with a smile and was very proficient and pleasant.

Well kept store and very professional. We needed help with doors and Jimmy who had just taken off his vest to go home for the night made his way to the service area to help us with our project. He went above and beyond!

Lowe's on Hurst ourselves lane was not friendly and helpful like the one in Shelbyville.. they are quick to say, this is not my department and keep it moving.. In Shelbyville they offer to get you help whether it's their dept or not.. don't plan on going back

Store was very organized, and clean. Employees were helpful, and friendly. My experience was very good, it was the first time I went to that location.
