I went to this particular Lowe's because I was going to be in that area. I went in and had a few items t return. When I got to customer service both women working the counter were busy when I arrived. One of the women got done before the other looked at me and walked off. By this time I had waited patiently for at least 10 min. When the other lady noticed me she motioned to me to wait longer, I did. I found it to be a particularly long time to wait. However, I wasn't upset I tried to be understanding. She finally did come to return my items. Before I knew it she was done and looking at me as if I was lingering too long. I found that to be rude. Then I realized she didn't even ask how I wanted my money back. She automatically put it back to the card I had used. I find that to be rude. If anybody knows it takes days to get your refund. I actually wanted a gift card so that I could spend it on other items I wanted from the store that day and time. So I mentioned to her about the gift card. She shrugged and said it went right back and she had no control over it. That's a lie. I found her it be very rude and lying was unnecessary. So I pushed my cart off into the Halloween decorations and walked out. I won't be going back to that store anytime soon.
Great service from Steve and Bev! So friendly and helpful! Also had great service from the appliance section in ordering and scheduling delivery and installation of our new refrigerator, washer and dryer for our new home. Thank you ALL so much! We will be back for all of our future needs. :-
I'm very pleased with my recent Gladstone Lowe's experience. On a recent visit I was struggling to find some electrical and was spotted by Curtis. He quickly took me to exactly what I was looking for. His professionalism and caring attitude really showed.
2.5 months and I still don't have it! I am giving it an extra star because some of the people are nice. I ordered an ice maker from them twice. Today I went into the store to get an update because again because my item was supposed to be there 3 weeks ago. I was told they sold the item into the negative and it would be impossible to get the item. That is what they did on the first item I tried to purchase. 2 different times they sold me items they did not have and then never got back with me about it. All of the other times I had to deal with customer service/ management they where friendly and helpful but today the manager seemed to be bothered with my issues.
Went to lowes to buy weatherseal for my door.. my partner and I were followed from the moment we came into the store.. nobody offered to help us but a employee with a lowes t-shirt followed us halfway through the store and what i assumed to be lost prevention tailed us from the moment we found our item til we went to checkout.. he was literally following us in circles. I understand Preventing stealing but i felt uncomfortable and unsafe.. it felt bias and discriminatory..
This location is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to finding products and helping you understand how to use them and what you need. The employees make me feel welcomed and I enjoy going to the store for all my house and garden needs. Always have a good specials and wonderful plant selections.
Failed to deliver a washer twice. I ordered a washer and setup for delivery on a Friday. The delivery service was a no-show. I guess the washer was never loaded onto the truck. No one from Lowe's reached out to me about it so I waited around all day. That night, Lowe's rescheduled the delivery for Sunday so I wouldn't have to take off work. Washer failed to be delivered on Sunday. Again, no one from Lowe's or the delivery service reached out to me. Poor communication. Poor service.
I really hate leaving this but this is the worst Lowe’s bathroom I have ever seen. I had an emergency while traveling and had to run in to a Lowe’s to use the bathroom. All the stalls are filthy and the one that was decent I went to use. When I was done I realized there was no toilet paper in the stall. Nor the stall next to me. Had to call the wife to sneak in the men’s room to bring me some from the women’s bathroom.
They seemed fine. Didn’t speak to a single human while I was there. Walked in and was not greeted by the guy up front. Wandered around looking for a specific product. Was not offered help. Checked out at the self-checkout while the attendant stared at me. Like I said, it was fine. The store is clean and organized.
We went to lowes to purchase a washer. We got a very nasty sales lady. When were looking around she gave info all at once she had to go up to the store her dept. Leaving us there for near 20 mins.we had ask a man sales guy he said he did not Know where she went as if he didnt care either. We waited and did buy the washer. I told her to have good day. She said she would cause we were her last customers. I feel she had wanted us to leave and not have to check us out. Shame on her and the other guy that did not help us. This was a big purchase. She did it didnt matter she did not work not work on commission. I cat say we will ever go back there for anything! Suppoe to deliver washer on a certain day and I have dialysis and noted and were suppose to come th en and never showed up. Sounds like a very professional place .from now on I'll spend my money other places
