Lowe's

The store itself is fairly well run and maintained. Paint staff were especially helpful and roaming staff took the time to ask if we needed help a couple of times, which is great. The biggest downside is the atmosphere surrounding the store. Enormous encampment of homeless and drug users make approaching the store a challenge and doubly so with small children.

BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE HOME DEPOT ON BALTIMORE PIKE AT HOME DEPOT NOT SERVICE I WAITED FOR OVER 35 MINS AFTER ASKING FOR HELP IN PLUMBING LOOKING FOR HOT WATER HEATER AND ITEMS TO GO WITH IT COULD NOT FIND 2 1/2 BY 34 FEMALE ADAPTER DID NOT HAVE ANY 1/2 BALL VALVE. THE MALE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP BE ALL FOUR OF THEM WITH KNOW CUSTOMERS DID LITTLE TO HELP FIRST TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE TO HELP ME AFTER I ASK FOR MANGER THEY CALL AFTER THEY SAID SOMEONE WAS COMING TO HELP AFTER A YOUNG LADY TRIED TO HELP SHE DID HER BEST. AT THE CHECK OUT SERVICE REPS 4 OF THEM THREE OF THEM IN ONE PLACE TALKING TWO SITTING IN A CHAIR DOING NOTHING NEVER GAVE ANY AFFORD TO HELP ITS A WASTE OF TIME PLUMBER HAD TO BE PAID FOR TWO DAYS BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSING TIME NEED TO CLOSE THIS STORE NEED MORE DIVERSITY IN STAFF TO REPRESENT THE COMMUNITY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT ITS A DISASTER

Just want to compliment the staff here. On entering, the CS desk was busy, so I asked a women stocking from a cart where to find something simple. She searched her device and had me an answer in 10 seconds. At check out, one item wouldn't scan after 10 tries, the woman Ingrid? noticed without being asked and had it punched in within 30 seconds. She was training another women and they both seemed in good spirits and we were all able to joke. On arriving home, I thought I'd left something and called the store. I described the item, time and left my number with another woman who called me back in 10 minutes having reviewed the security footage. I know this isn't the best location in the world, but this store has some efficient and awesome people working there. Lowes, take note!

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I ordered a stackable machine on Christmas eve received it New years eve. Dryer sounded like a mack truck. They picked it back up that Friday. Saturday I went to store for them to order me another one. That was January 6th. Didn't receive the other one till January 27. Had to go to the store n ask where is my machine? No one ever even called me to say it was there or to set up delivery. Asked for manager n he said I'll have it to u tomorrow. He did just that. Only thing when it got there a piece was inside the washing machine part making a loud noise when I test ran the machine. Opened up machine a large piece was inside the machine. Sent it right back out the door. Now I need my money back. 2 times n had to return the stackable machine

I went there to buy a refrigerator and I wanted to do the leasing option and the customer service clerk complained about how long the process was and how she didn't feel like walking to wherever the paperwork was. I had to go to work anyway but I definitely will do everything online. I'm not dealing with that nonesense.

Horrible!! Opened a business account Monday, had my contractor load up materials that were to be delivered on Thursday. To my surprise. They never had me listed for a delivery and the night before the delivery, I called to verify the 4 hour window of delivery. No one had me referenced The delivery personnel, Lowes, noone.. I closed the account, returned the materials on the account for a complete refund. Then rented a U haul and went shopping with my contractor at Home depot. So Done with the unprofessionalism.

Lowes West Philadelphia I just stopped by this store location, and I had a great experience customer service. A sales associate named Darren he was awesome and provided for me. a very good help finding everything I need. Thanks, thank you so much

I love this Lowes. However their prices are just a little bit higher than most & i was thinking its due to all the Shoplifting and robberies they get. They do have an onsite City Police officer there so i fell a little safe when shopping. By the way 100count Christmas lights this year 2022 are only $5 & some change.

Surprisingly, low prices made it convenient shopping on certain items that I needed. This establishment is well organized and clean.
