Excellent customer service, prices and gear. Rented a child carrier backpack this past summer. Stock was low due to covid. They keep us updated throughout the process. A brand new pack was shipped in time. Highly recommend and will definitely use for rental gear again.

They're a bit understaffed for such a large store and their many customers, but when you do catch an employee, they're always great about patiently answering all questions or referring you to the right expert.

I rented a 1 person lightweight tent from them. I loved it. You can't beat $40 for a week long adventure. They're friendly and nice. I called and asked lots of questions I love out of town, they answered my questions and I'd come back here in a heartbeat.
