Loved living here and can’t say how great Tammy and all of the maintenance crew are. Tammy really takes care of each resident ensuring a safe & comfortable living experience. We would have stayed for another 3 years had we not purchased a home. Highly recommend renting from Lowry North - they treat their residence like family!
My sister and I have lived here for just over 4 years and have had really great experiences with the current management and maintenance. Anthony in maintenance has been absolutely amazing the entire time that we've been here. He's responsive, respectful, and friendly. Tammy and Kayla in the office are friendly and take the time to get to know their residents. The other residents are generally quiet and respectful, giving that nice head nod in the corridor or parking lot and an occasional chat at the pool. Parking is a bit of a problem, but the office is good with updating signage and striping when needed. The location is also good. Close to the bus stop for the 10 to downtown and walking distance to the 15 is a plus. It's about 5 minutes to Lowry Town Center and 10 minutes to Stapleton which has a lovely farmer's market. Overall, I feel safe at Lowry North with the maintenance, management, and location.
I lived there for 2 years with my roommate. Tammy, who was the manager at the time gave us a good deal on the apartment. She quoted us for a renovated unit. However when we got the keys the unit was a classic. She apologized for the error and offered us another unit or she would alter our rent for the classic. We chose the classic and we were very happy with the unit. Maintenance is very prompt when you have a problem. Also the office staff is very helpful and friendly. My only reason why I gave them 4 stars is the price of the units. I think they are a tad bit overpriced. Also when the pool is open, there would always be people there and they would be loud and obnoxious at any time of day. The people in the office did what they could to make sure there was peace in the complex and other than prices and sometimes having obnoxious neighbors my time at Lowry North was quite good. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good place to live in Denver.
The hubby and I moved here in Feb at the beginning of the pandemic from Arizona. So far, it's been pretty great. Kayla from the office was super helpful in helping us with our move here, sending pics of the future unit etc. The unit was renovated and has nice fixtures. We had a few hiccups when we initially moved in water heater not working, a few random repairs here, wasp nests etc but the office was quick to have someone come out to fix these. Neighbors are quiet but friendly when we do see them. The office also does small events like having ice cream parties, movie viewing get togethers or food trucks visit occasionally, which is nice. My only complaint is that when we moved in, it was not new carpet and it had large area stains on it. I could tell it was from being a high traffic area at the front door and also through the doorway into the bedroom, likely due to trudging in slushy snow during winter months. The office had cleaners come out to clean the carpet stains when I brought it to their attention and the stains were lifted for a few days but came back as is typical with deep stains in a used carpet. The carpet should have really been replaced rather than just cleaned. Everything else has been wonderful. It's a quiet area and we've enjoyed living here so far.
Have been living here for almost two years and have had little to no problems. The parking can get crowded in the evenings and the buildings are a little run down. Never had a problem with noise/stolen packages. Maintenance has always been incredibly timely to fix any problems almost surprisingly so. The front desk ladies are wonderful, helpful, easy to get ahold of and hard workers. The neighborhood to the immediate south is great for walks/bike rides, especially the Kelly Road Reservoir and adjoining Great Lawn Park that are literally across the street. Living here has been easy, comfortable, and affordable.
After reading the reviews for this place, I almost canceled my appointment to tour. I'm glad I didn't. Kayla was my first point of contact and she was so thorough in answering all of my questions. That day, there was a celebration of some sort in the office and there were a few kids with their grandmother, a few 20 somethings, and the staff. Everyone was talking and laughing and it made me think, "I want to live here." Apparently, they have small events like this regularly. So I moved in! Kayla, Tammi, and Anthony are fantastic. I had a few small issues upon move in, but they addressed everything by the next day. I really like that at night, the walkways are bright with lights. I feel safe walking into my building. The pool area is nice and I like that it's open all year! The fitness room is small, but functional. The complex is totally within walking distance of lots of stores and restaurants on Colfax, Syracuse, and Yosemite. Easy access to downtown via 13th and Lincoln. Also, just a short drive to the restaurants and Beer Garden at Hangar 2.
I’m happy to be a new resident at Lowry North. It is a good location with parks and shops near by. The staff in the office are great: Kayla is amazing, always smiling and welcoming. The first good thing that I noticed is on the way from the office to the apartment where I live now is that she stopped twice to pick up trash on the ground. That told me she care about the place. She also took her time to explain everything that I needed to know. Tammy is awesome, knowledgeable and always welcoming. Anthony is a great guy, asked me if I needed help the day I moved in: you don’t see a lot. I know I’m going to have a great time here and happy to call Lowry North home.
I was actively looking for a great place to live and i found it! This happened in the middle of the COVID-19 situation, and still, the experience was amazing. I called to inquire about the property and Kayla Pevarnik, the leasing agent, took my call and asked about my needs and wants very professionally, with a friendly conversation and open to all my questions. There was no question of me that went unanswered. The place is amazing, the apartments very roomy and comfortable and was built recently because has all good amenities. I was able to get a great deal for my place, Kayla worked with me the whole time, keeping me informed about ever step of the way. After i moved in she continues, along with all the staff at Lowry North to provide excellence in customer service. They do care. Thank you so much for all your help guys.
I have had quite a pleasant experience so far. I moved over from Pilot House sister property and am very happy with my choice. Tammy has been extremely responsive to all of my emails and calls in setting up my move. Smooth transition. Parking is even better at this complex. I am not sure what the 1 star angry ratings are about but I think it is important for the happy customers to report as well.
I started talking to Kayla end of March 2020, looking for a new place to move into by end of May 2020. She was very helpful, answered every email and phone call! They ripped up the old carpet and gave me new vinyl flooring right before I moved in, which made me so excited! Moved in recently and everything is going well. I heard parking can be tight but I haven't experienced that! The neighborhood seems quiet and peaceful. I'm excited to see how the next year here goes!
