There's a special place in hell for you towing bottom-feeders. Like others, we thought that LRXD was the building so we parked there because we are doing business there. Another review says "All signs are vague for a reason." Yeah, Greed. Scum of the earth.

I'm a Designer in Downtown Denver and we were looking for a professional reputable marketing company to help accelerate our brand, tailor our message, and boost our overall professionalism. I went to the LRXD website and was blown away by their work. From what I saw in their portfolio they had a unique spin on branding and marketing. Truly remarkable. I was very excited to work with them to help boost our sales.
Here's the bad and aggravating news. I went to their office with a colleague and as a surprise we bought Voodoo doughnuts for their office as a thank you for meeting us. As we left the store my colleague noticed a boot on my car and was utterly baffled that it happened to so quickly. As we were inspecting the car a sketchy, mid 30's white male approached us and said we owed him $300! I was completely shocked! I told him we were here to meet with LRXD!! And that the sign clearly states we were fine to park here. He said he clearly saw us walk into Voodoo for doughnuts. As we tried to explain what happened, he waved us off and said he was in a good mood and would settle for $100! We asked if they were hired by LRXD and he said Yes! Absolutely unacceptable. We paid the man and left the doughnuts at the LRXD door footsteps.
My co-worker and I drove back to our office utterly shocked and confused. We can't believe that happened to us. Here's a personal message to anyone who wishes to work with LRXD; DON'T. They are scam artists, cheats, and have zero respect for their clients. Don't believe me? Simply schedule a meeting with them, buy them doughnuts and see what happens.

Even while your business is closed you have tow vultures watching your parking lot. What a shame. $279 for less than 10 min of parking in an empty parking lot, I wont even be using your business if you are in cahoots with Colorado Roadside Posse towing. They are a bunch of rude criminals.
Oh, and I love your response "as a BUSINESS we do not make any money off towed cars" so, just personally under the table, just like the criminals that towed my car, is how you make money? You are just as scummy as the towers, I know karma will come around to you and them though.
So, you do have a written contract with Colorado Roadside Posse Towing?

I have had the pleasure of working with LRXD to develop an application for the iPad. Their staff is professional, creative and fun. They know what they're doing. They have great processes in place and their communication with stakeholders is superb.
The look and feel of the application and the supporting collateral is amazing. I'd highly recommend them.

To whom it may concern at LRXD of Denver,
Posting warning signs on the entrance to your private lot would be helpful, and maybe even larger signs within the lot. Considering you are an advertising company you do a very poor job of advertising the fact that your lot is private, I would have appreciated a more dramatic display your advertising talents.
