Given the circumstances, the process of resolving my case proved challenging at times yet he had a way to dissect matters in a sensible way, thus guiding me through the process and not taking any unnecessary steps backward. I learned a lot from him as we worked through my case and he has a way of setting expectations with clients to ensure he can help provide the best result/resolution available. There was a lot of direct communication phone calls, emails, etc and we built a really great rapport throughout. He is very flexible and open-minded.
