my first time going there was fun. the instructor was very patient and kind, he made sure that everyone was doing everything right and had made what to do clear and easy. the environment was very welcoming and outgoing. Lucid boxing is an overall excellent and forgiving program.

Great vibes from this place! It's a great environment for training and Coach Kevin knows exactly what he's doing! As a beginner in Muay Thai, having these experienced coaches around made me quickly pick up the basics.

I have trained at numerous gyms around the DMV and around the world and Coach Kevin is one of the best instructors I've ever been with. He's very technical and has a vast knowledge of striking and grappling. He also has all the credentials being a One FC fighter. If you are new or experienced, this is the place to train at.
