TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to return an item I purchased online and picked up at the Boca Raton Town Center Mall.....something that should have been a simple task. Well....they made me wait over an hour and nothing got solved. Pretty much gave me the good ole run around in person and over the phone....so here I am with a bracelet that was sold damaged and with 20$ less in my pocket. Last time I’m shopping here. I’ve had better customer service at Marshall’s.
