It is a pretty small place in my opinion, hard to move around when there are a lot of grocery/shopping carts around vs the laundry carts. At least they let you store the shopping cart right on top of the machines to relief some space for walking and for rolling around the laundry carts. It is a convenient place to do laundry - but don't expect exceptional service here. When I first moved to the neighborhood two months ago, the lady owner was really rude, always has an annoyed look when she "helps" - if you can help it, don't ask the owner for help if you do not know how to work the machines, read the instructions or ask other customers instead.
Ok, just happen today. I come here to put my clothes inside two washing machine to wash and it takes about a half hour. So I go out to buy something then come back. Then I see one drawer of my clothes outside the machine and located in a cart. A employee just says that they don’t have enough washing machine so she puts my clothes out of the machine, and just there with my sight. I don’t want anyone touch my clothes, ok? I don’t think she do that in a polite way.
Lost my jeans and hadn't offered any compensation. Consistently ruin clothing by washing white with colored - not only lack of compensation, but blaming the customer. Owner wife is beyond rude. Not even worth the convenience of being across the street from apartment.
The owners of the laundromat are very nice people that willing to help you if you need a help and pretty clean.
Poor machinery and tons of people, but it has good costumer service
The worst place ever. Workers are so mean and treat people so so bad. I personally never ever go there anymore.
Pretty good, they only have one big machine
My lovely laundromat
Comparatively better customer service
