Though Brian Massey and I had a lengthy discussion about the usefulness of online reviews and whether or not they do an accurate job of reflecting reality, I still feel I should say this: This was my first tattoo, and I couldn’t be happier. Brian was great to work with, the price was totally reasonable, and it came out better than I even hoped. So let’s forget about the effectiveness of online reviews. We won’t even call this a review. We’ll just call this a five-star thanks.

Carrie is the best tattoo artist in the business. She is professional and educates women on their rights as customers in a male dominated tattoo world. Her tattoos make you feel empowered and beautiful.

This place is incredible. Extremely clean environment while still being a comfortable place to spend time in. I had my sleeve done by Carrie Metz-Caprusso and she was amazing through the entire process of designing, tattooing, and following up. I walked away completely thrilled with the final product and overall experience. The other artists were supportive as I was being tattooed, and I didn't encounter any staff member who was pretentious or judgmental.

This is an Ann Arbor gem!! The owner's are the most genuine people. The artist are extremely talented. Both myself and my daughter have outstanding body art from them!
