At a time when Whiskey prices are through the roof and lots of liquor stores are jacking prices way up, Jack and the folks at Lucky's remain reasonably priced. They often have rare and allocated options and they don't charge 3 and 4 times retail like some of their competitors. I hesitate writing this because I don't want people raiding one of my favorite spots but it wouldn't be right not to give these guys a shout out for running a great operation. Additionally the stores are really well kept, the selection of beers is solid and the customer service is top notch. Its worth passing a few other stores to get to Lucky's.

Great selection and they strive to make their customers happy. Fair prices on everything in the store, fair about dissemination of rare bottles too. Jack and company are always down to talk booze and listen to what the customers have to say. You can tell he really cares and gives the stores and customers his best. Only wish it was close to my house but that doesn’t stop me from stopping in often.

I absolutely never used a delivery service for alcohol until covid 19 really but boy am I glad I found these guys when I did. Easy online ordering, no silly fees, and they always call to double check personally if a flavor or size your picked is unavailable instead of just leaving it out and you having no idea. Always friendly and reliable and I just wish I had my job back so I could tip them more. Great selection and occasionally there's deals and sales which are just everything right now when heat and grocery stores are so daunting. Thanks!

For an independent store Lucky’s is one of the best in Phoenix. They have a great selection of liquors and beers compared to most small liquor stores I’ve been to. Prices are very competitive even on allocated bottles. Thank you Jack and company for the great service and being fair.

I ordered Francis Coppola Chardonnay, I received a 2015 bottle of the wine, it was a dark yellow color, and had turned to vinegar, plus it wasn't cheap. Delivery was fine, but they charge a lot to deliver. Won't do this again.

I almost ordered through another delivery service, but decided to check Lucky's direct site. Fair prices, same day delivery, which amazed me since we're in the middle of a pandemic. The driver was nice and very courteous. I'll be back.

I work as a personal assistant and needed to have a gift delivered to one of our business partners and since we're located out of state, my company's gifts have to be delivered by a service rather than in person; Lucky's went above and beyond in terms of delivery and customer service, even when there were some difficulties on our end. Jack, the gentlemen who helped me arrange the delivery, was courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Their prices are also very fair--ESPECIALLY for something being delivered on the same day. I'd highly recommend Lucky's, especially their delivery service. We will definitely be using them again for anything in the Phoenix area of this nature!!!

My prayers have been answered! I normally used minibar, but since Lucky Liquors came into my life there's no going back! The service is super fast, and the delivery drivers are very friendly. The prices are reasonable and they even have buy one get one deals they honor on deliveries. They also give you reward points called "lucky bucks" to use on future orders. And they added the tip feature at checkout which is awesome for those of us who don't always have cash on us.

I have ordered here before with no problems. I did not receive what I ordered. After waiting 45 minutes longer than I was told it would be delivered. Then I received the wrong product. When I called it was going go be another hour and 45 minutes to correct. Once I told them that was unacceptable it would take 45 minutes. Not ok. I will not order from them again. They lost a loyal customer!
