Lucky Star Bus

Its my first time to ride in this bus and I didnt have a good experience. they dont follow seat order which choosing a seat in buying online is useless. of course, what will you get when you buy a cheap ticket? means cheap bus as well!

On time. Dependable. Don't be late if you have an online ticket. The bus won't be there if you arrive past the time on your ticket. Your ticket used to be good for 24 hours and you pay the service fee to reschedule your ticket for the next bus. However this option is no longer available because Flixbus took over and have a no change ticket policy for the Lucky Star station. So be warned. You'll have to buy another ticket if you missed the bus. If you know you won't be on time, the best thing to do is go online and do a reschedule for the next bus. There's the service fee but it's better than buying a new ticket.

From 1:53am to about 2:25am was an unexpected thrill ride. Lucky Star made me thank my lucky stars for solid ground. Driver swerved into the left shoulder 1st, then the next 2 times swerved on the right side. We made it to Manhattan, but that was within the 1st hour of the trip. Allegedly, we survived, so that was cool. Won't be taking that trip to Six Flags cause that was enough of a roller coaster for the year. Since I didn't see the review up, you're welcome. Shout out to all the survivors!!!

I’m on I 95 in Fairfield ct. watching a lucky star bus going over 80 mpg weaving in and out of traffic be going into the third lane cutting people off. So dangerous. I posted a picture with the plate number

I was charged $20 for bringing a bike in the cargo hold that was almost empty. The Chinese man on the counter was not polite and did not recognize the emptiness. Just for this reason, I stopped using Flix bus. I would not recommend it to any bicycle commuters.

The station is cramped and a bit dingy, but the busses themselves are clean. Cheap, effective travel--but with no frills

On time, cheap price, clean buses, clean waiting area, WiFi, and safe drivers. Perfect no hassle traveling from NYC to Boston South Station.

If I ever have to use a bus service this won't be the one. Drivers drive like maniacs. I drive an overnight commercial vehicle every day from Enfield, CT to NYC and I usually see these busses on the road and drivers go from side to side on the road, switching lanes without using turning signals and many other unsafe moves...

There stars are given since it reached the destination on time, otherwise, I did not find anything else to appreciate. Even though it is claimed that Wi-Fi is available, it did not work. There was little leg space between the seats. Between Boston to New York, it was non stop journey, but not even water was available on board. Not recommended!
