Ludlow Residence Hall - School of Visual Arts

Second year having a student here and it has gotten better. Front desk personel are on point and student staff are very attentive. You want to feel like your kid is safe in school and they meet the criteria.

I came to visit a friend here for a little under 3 hours, and left my id with security to be admitted into the building. In those 3 hours, they proceeded to LOSE IT and have NOT answered any of my calls about it. Extremely unprofessional.

Theres always something breaking or broken. Mean and overly strict security personel make having a guest a real pain. The place is very convenient in its location there's plenty of night life close by and a good parking garage across the street.

Housing director Kristen is very unhelpful and very unprofessional. She took months to fix small issues and has not responded to multiple of my emails. Additionally, maintenance is very slow and comes at bad times 9pm? which makes living here very inconvenient.
