This was my favorite restaurant for dinner while we were in Leavenworth! Lovely selection of bratwurst and schnitzels! We had the best poutine here as a starter, you must try it! Really tasty German potato salad as well.

Amazing!! The shard platter was a 10 and I’m super picky. Very authentic and our server Rachel was a doll. Spent a lot time of time w us making sure everything was perfect. Beers good too

Ive been there several times now. The jagerschnitzel, chicken schnitzel sandwich, saurkraut, pretzel with beer cheese sauce, and the brats are all fantastic. Any one their beers on tap are also perfect.

Burgers/sandwiches tasted okay, not impressive. Has outdoor/patio seating available. The grapefruit beer was very fresh and flavorful!

I can't understand the low rating for this restaurant. We loved it!! The staff are friendly and attentive. Definitely the best authentic German food we enjoyed while visiting. Our party enjoyed the 4 person platter, plenty of food for 4 adults and lots of flavour and variety. We will definitely return.

Amazing food and even more amazing service! We will definitely make another trip to Ludwigs next time we are in the area. Our server Nicole was so sweet and professional! The service, food, and location made our experience one to remember, and the platter for 2 was awesome!
