Wow what a hidden gem! I am new to the area and was looking for a great barber shop and this place blew me away. The atmosphere, energy and family vibe was awesome. I’m in town for a short period of time, looked this place up and man I’m glad I came here. Soon as I walked in no apt they were friendly, my barber Mike introduced himself, we went over my expectations and Mike got right to work. Beard and haircut came out perfect, the owner was right next to me, very professional, friendly, made great small talk. I absolutely feel I got my monies worth and then some. Great atmosphere, clean, you can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in his establishment. Next time I’m in town I’ll be sure to pop in for another cut. Walked in sat down. Put my name on the waitlist. 45 minutes later I checked the list, they had crossed my name out and never told me. Kept cutting other. Poor service. won’t return

Kind, welcoming, talented barbers who gained another loyal customer! I have taken my son to many salons and barbershops and we finally found one where he feels comfortable and likes the cut. Had a fantastic experience today at Lugo's. Brought my daughter in for a design in her undercut, and Lugo nailed it. Excellent skills and customer service. We will be back for another design in a couple months!
