Very disappointed. The line for the car wash was a bit long, understandably so for the time of year. With no cars behind me I could not see running my car for the duration. Nor could I see starting and stopping my engine every 7 minutes to move one car length and turn the engine off again. One car moved up. The attendant came over and told me to move up. I explained that I was watching behind me but I didn't see sense in stopping and starting my car every time one car moved up. I told him that I would watch behind me and moved my car. The seven minutes passed and one car moved into the wash. I chose not to start my car again, checking behind me again. The attendant went out of his way and walked across the entire parking lot just to tell me to start my car again and move up one space again. There were still 6 cars in front of me and only one that had pulled up. There was plenty of room for at least four or five more cars to pull in line behind us if I had chosen not to move. I realize that this has been a bit lengthly but we can choose to leave our cars running waste gas, and then cry about the cost of gas, not to mention what we're doing to the air. Starting and stopping your car repeatedly will certainly guarantee need of a new starter. I'm not saying be rude to others but I was watching out for cars behind me and the attendant was being rude to a paying customer. There is a slightly more expensive car wash on Rt. 37 and Washington Ave. You get what you pay for!

Bad Business. I have been getting gas for my cars and using their car wash for over 6 months. I had saved my receipts for a free car wash as they advertise "Buy 4 receive 1 free" The attendant look at my receipts and said becauseone receipt did not have the code on it I wasn't entitled tothe free wash. I showed him that each receipt was paidfor on different dates, and all for a car crash, but he refused to honor the advertisement. I feel that this is dishonest and bad business.
