She is VERY unprofessional. We went to check out a dress for my sisters prom, we wanted a size 8 but she insisted on the 10, saying there weren’t any 8 left. We checked the manufactures inventory, and indeed there was an 8. I called the next day to make sure she placed it and she said yes. Forwarding to present day, my sisters prom is in 4 days, and we haven’t received a call or anything. I call her, only for her to tell me she did not order the size 8, the manufacturers said it was not in stock. Whether or not that is true I don’t know, but she should of at least called to INFORM us about that. Very unprofessional. Will never shop here again.

Lula was very rude and not willing to assist us in finding a dress. She did not know what was in her inventory, but was quick to tell the price of a dress. In fact she was so rude my daughter refused to buy a dress there that she was in love with. The warehouse was very big and the dresses practically stuffed in and I asked a staff member named Victoria to assist me and she told me I would have to look myself. The shame is she is African American and should be willing to assist in anyway to ensure her customers receive good service but she appeared to be uncaring and was extremely rude, and if asking about the possibility of repairing a dress that had strings hanging off and hooks missing upsets a business owner, then maybe she should try to be a fast food worker! But I found a beautiful and nicely priced dress in Desoto County where I live. Go to the Frock on Goodman road in Olive Branch, they met us at the door when we came in and stayed with us every step of the way. I do not have any investment with the frock they treated us so good I actually went to their page and gave them compliments after my visit! Happy dress hunting!!

I was going disappointed in my experience with this store. i was hoping it would be good based on how many dresses she has. first off the store is crammed and gross. secondly, once i finally found a dress I told her when the date of my dance was and that i needed it altered by then. she told me it would be no problem but that i wouldn’t be able to pick it up till the day before the dance (keep in mine i dropped it off for alterations 3 weeks before the dance). i already thought not being able to pick it up until the day before was rude but when i went to go pick it up the day before she said it STILL wasnt ready! it has been three weeks!! she told me i couldn’t pick it up until the day of the dance. absolutely ridiculous. horrible service. will not be back. ever.

Very Bad Business . Told Us Saturday She'll Open At 10 Monday . We get here and it is closed. The sign says they open at 12:30. After waiting an hour We call her only for her to say that she is getting an oil change and that she will get there when she gets there. We wait another 30 mins and two employees pull up and have been sitting here waiting for her to open the store. It is now 1:10pm and she is still not here. This is why people don't take black owned businesses serious becuase of people like her. I wasted a whole day with family that are from out of town to find a porm dress. This was supposed to be a very special day and it is ruined.

Her personality was great but I was told my daughter's dress would be here in 3-4 days but it's been 10 days & still no dress, no phone call nothing....
