Lululemon

I made 2 trips here. First experience was a joke. Second trip was great. Consistency matters.

Never greeted or offered help finding clothes. Employees were talking to each other instead of helping customers.

I was asked to leave oxmoor mall store due to a medical condition. No accomodations were made and the girl at the front was extremely rude about it. This goes against the federal disabilities act. Good to know they discriminate against not only people with disabilities but also disabled veterans.

Thank you for helping me out returning a defective item and going out of your way to make sure I had a great replacement!

Employee was nasty & rude

I run and I do spin classes and wouldn't do either without wearing Lululemon. The Big Short and their new Pacer short are on point for my needs. I wear the pairs that have the liner included and I find the shorts to be light but durable. I'm also a fan of the waist bands as they're both secure and comfortable. Big fan.

The lululemon in Louisville consistently does not update their men’s gear. Check online to compare and anything that has been released within the past year will not be available at the Louisville lululemon.
