I am a Director of Human Resources I have personally worked closely with Lumina for about ten years. During my time affiliated with this Company, I have had a great experience working with their web design and development team. Not only do they find efficient and practical solutions for all of our needs, but they work in a timely manner and their staff is always courteous regardless of how difficult the task assigned may be. It is extremely important that when I have technical issues or have questions that I get the proper support in order to not disrupt business, and the Lumina staff has always made sure to handle all inquiries without causing any interruptions that would negatively affect our business. Searched all around NYC for a Web Design Company, after trial and error I finally found Lumina and I couldn't be happier. They are very responsible, have fair policies and really make you feel at home at their office. They are located in prime NYC area close to many subway lines, so its very easy and convenient to drop by their office whenever I need. They are always responsive over the phone and email, and when they promise to do something, THEY DO IT...unlike other companies.
