Lunas Construction Clean-Up

I have a local house fix and flip company and I am ordering Trash Bins constantly. I decided to go with Lunas as my dumpster vendor but sadly it was a disappointing experience overall. I have four main problems I want to share about my experience. 1. The driver knocked over my block wall on the side of my house. They send a surveyor to take a look and he said they would charge the driver for it, I thought that was unethical but so be it. The wall repair took 7 weeks and it still was not completed. Im Constantly having to text/ call the manager to get the wall fix. I dont believe that it will be fully repaired. Ill have to come money out of pocket to finish it. 2. Two times I was over charged for bins I didn't order. One issue with overcharging was not resolved right away and took over a week speaking to management to get it fix. The second time it was fixed quickly with no issues. 3. On a different delivery the trash bin was delivered in front of the neighbors. The neighbors complained with the city and Lunas wanted the to charge me moving it again. I had confirmed I wanted it in my own driveway. I refused to pay a moving fee, when it was delivered to the wrong location. 4. Last they no longer want to take my service. Ive been dreading writing a negative post by giving them multiple chances. They have given up on providing service and there is not much I can do about it but share my experience. There are smaller issues but Im not going to address them here. I do believe in giving people another opportunity, so If you want to try them out, go for It have your own experience. As for me I will no longer recommend them to my friends and colleges. I will call my friends/house flipper friends and share my experience. Overall bad experience.

We reached out to LUNAS for a dumpster in order to help us with a client's home repair clean up. They were very attentive and explained the entire process. Upon placement of the bin, the driver was very friendly and respectful of not only our clients home but also the neighbors around. We will definitely be contacting them for future projects. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. They are nothing short of professionalism, reliability, and quality service at an excellence value! They delivered a 40 yd dumpster to our house after we had a house fire completely destroyed our kitchen and parts of the rest of our downstairs. Everything was fine, till they came to pick it up. Whoever came to pick it up took a bunch of the trash out of the dumpster, for it in the street, right in front of our driveway, and left. When we called we were told that it wasn't his fault, cuz the gate was open to the end of the dumpster. Which it wasn't, because of where it was sitting, if that gate hadn't been latched, it would have swung wide open, and we would have seen it, but it wasn't. They said to close it, he had to dump what he did. Instead of coming to the door, and talking to one of us about any supposed problem, he dumps trash in the street and leaves without a word. At the same time, they refused to have someone come and rectify it, agréeing only after a couple phone calls to look at photos if we email them to them. Neighbors have already complained to us about it, and it's literally directly obstructing our driveway. If there was a problem that was our fault, there were more professional ways to go about it.

Had all the other dumpster companies in town say that they could not fit the dumpster into our yard using our 10 foot gate, Good luck trying to get Republic on the phone. Lunas was able to do it and I was told they would send a driver out and if they could not do it, I would get a full refund. Driver showed up on time and 20 minutes later he had the 40 yd. dumpster in place. I would highly recommend this company. As far as the other no call and no show reviews I would not trust these, This company has been in business for a long time in Las Vegas and the driver called 30 minutes before to confirm the address and time of arrival.

They delivered the 40 yard dumpster to my billing address, not the delivery address. When I called they said the the delivery address was blank. Luna's had my phone number to call me with any questions, when i told them to move it to the correct address the Manager said it would cost me $70 as his truck spent gas and money. Hey genius when I had you refund my credit card charge due to cancelling the dumpster and remove the dumpster from the wrong address you spent twice the money. Run from this company, budget dumpsters were a more organized and professional.

I needed to finally get rid of a huge amount of trash that had been collected over time and after calling a few companies, Lunas was the best deal for your money and time. A dumpster was delivered on the day I requested and I was met by driver Ernesto, who was very friendly. I used the unit for what I needed and when I called them for a pick up, it was gone within an hour. Thanks Lunas crew, if I need you again, you will be called. I highly recommend that you give them a try. Debbie

Lunas was a life saver when another company failed me, I should have called them from the beginning. Their staff was extremely professional and helpful. Their prices are far better than other companies. I will be calling them again for all future home projects.

Our Investor orders lot of dumpsters for house rehabs and every time they were supposed to bring the dumpster, they would be late for hours. When we called, they would always say that driver is on his way but it would actually take hours to get the dumpster. If we call them and schedule dumpster at 9AM, we're expecting to get dumpster at 9AM, not in the afternoon. We have had our demolition crew there ready to work, and they couldn't do anything, as we didn't have where to put the trash. Couple days ago, we ordered just the small dumpster, got it scheduled of course for 9AM, and some guy with his personal truck hauled the dumpster at 2PM! They didn't even apologized. Lunas has a great prices on big dumpsters, but because of this, we'll be using different company.

Ana and Anthony were amazing this company is fantastic. Last minute job had the dumpster here in record time. Thank you so much you made my year. With the way things are it is just nice to know there are still great people and companies out there. Thank you Lunas
