My favorite Italian shoes are like new now. Sole is replaced, sides are shiny deep black. Also replaced a glass on my Japanese solar powered watches. Happy.

Terrible terrible place. Do not bring your items to this business without verifying what you had and make sure they write it down. Brought my jewelry there with three charms and they tried to return it to me with two charms. The owner said he would look for the missing charm took a week of me calling him for him to say that no one saw a charm and I can’t prove the other charm was there. Says if he were there he would have marked how many charms were there but he wasn’t the one who accepted the bracelet so it has nothing to do with him. This is not how you do business. If this is you business take responsibility for your staff. Beware of going here.

I have patronized this business for about a decade. Sandals, boots, heels and bags...he has repaired them all skillfully. He even repaired my jewelry flawlessly. He will be my shoe & jewelry repair guy till he closes or I die, whichever comes first!

I took in a pair of shoes to have the heels replaced on Wednesday. I wore them on Thursday, and the left heel fell of at work. Absolutely unacceptable. Deplorable workmanship. I tried to call the business owner, to no avail. I am now stuck, at work trying to crazy glue the heel back on to the shoes, in hopes it will last until I get home.

The shop owner was extremely helpful & pleasant. He exceeded my expectations by far. McKinley!
