Hpop program is a joke ! spent 2 months taking tests doing everything they asked passed in everything only to be told I did not win there lottery only 2 out of 3 make it . I was told from friends in the beginning that this government funded program was mostly only for refugees and immigrants because that's all Lutheran services care about. If your an American and trying to get ahead forget about it. I'm going to find someone to go to the press with my story I want everyone to no what there really all about and stop donating to there so called services. Two months of jumping thru hoops gone.
