This store has EVERYTHING and they give you spending bonuses when you spend more. The customer service is great. The actual answer the phone when you call, just in case you have questions. They also have a selection of hair vitamins for adults and children.

They have a great rewards program that offers discounts and deals so make sure you ask when you shop. Overall they have everything I need every time I go to the store. However, some of the withers are rude and I’ve had a couple of unpleasant experiences while shopping. Keys being misplaced that unlock jewelry cabinets, having to wait countless minutes to get someone to open the cabinets, and when I requested help I was told “you’ll have to look yourself”. Usually the service is amazing so maybe they were just having a bad day. But thank you Lux Beauty for your business.

I been coming here for a while but in certain situations I had to stop. And need to go another one but we’re not happy with them. So, I came back home and we’re treating with respect and helpful the whole time I walk in the establishment. There system were down for internet so we had to use cash . That I to go to the convenience store across the way to get cash out the ATM but for the inconvenience it cost us they provide a 10% discount. I will return because of that!

Plenty of variety. Lots of hair seen on YouTube is there. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is so much to see they have everything. So ladies stop by here for all your hair needs they got you.

I like this beauty supply store because it's convenient and always well stocked. When there's a line it moves very quickly and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

I went in to just look around to see if I could shop here when a man came up to me asking me how old was I. I told him "I'm 19" and he then proceeded to ask me if I have a guardian with me. I told him "I'm 19, I don't need a guardian". He then rolled his eyes and walked away. All I could think is even if I was a minor why does it matter cause this place isn't a bar or casino. It was so weird. But besides that, the place is really nice and has a lot of options.

I have been going to lux since they opened Moved to another state but whenever I'm in town lux is the only beauty supply store I visit. I love all the knowledgeable people who work there and the diversity of the store as a whole.

Best beauty supply In Vegas ! This is as close as you gone get to a cali beauty supply store. Every time I come I always find multiple wigs I love. Me and my sister been going here for years. I always find a nice affordable wig here. The staff is always super helpful and friendly.

I love the variety of products this business carries. I would literally drive from Boulder City to this location. I mainly visited this store for their braiding hair. They have a wall to wall selection of braiding hair high quality. Not to mention weave and natural hair care products that most stores do NOT carry in Vegas/Henderson. I was elated to finally find a spot that carry products I used to purchase in the South. Quality merchandise, great service, friendly atmosphere! The drive is worth every bit of it.....
