We had an awesome experience working with Lux Flooring during our home remodel. Their showroom is wonderful and not overwhelming like most I've seen. There is so much to choose from! This was our first remodel and we didn't know where to start. Alex & Vlad helped throughout the entire process; from selections and suggestions to coordinating the installations. All of the surfaces in our home were purchased through Lux. Everything turned out beautifully. Serge did an amazing job with all of the tile work. Their entire team was helpful, professional, and easy to work with.

Lux Flooring is outstanding in customer service and product selection. Vlad and his team were very patient and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that i got the right tile for my bathroom project. I truly recommend this company.

Alex has done a couple of tile projects for us. We just had our master bath completely redone with lots of tile. Serge did a beautiful job installing the tile on site. Alex offered some great advice on tile layout and with transforming our visions into reality. Vlad was very helpful with tile suggestions at the store. Very reasonably priced and well within our budget. The project was completed within the time frame we established at the beginning. All our questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Alex was always available to promptly address any questions and concerns. We are ecstatic with the results.

We needed tile flooring and a partial wall done in our powder room. Lux flooring was able to come out and do it within a week or so. I have had some bad tile jobs done in my home before so I get a little nervous when I haven't used them before, but they did a great job. Very meticulous! And I have an old home so nothing is straight. The customer service was also very good. I was impressed with every person who I encountered.

We went through Lux Flooring for all our tile needs, slab & carpeting for our new home. We shopped around & not only do they have beautiful products, their prices are great as well! Recently had an industrial flooring installed by Lux Flooring and it turned out great. Megan came out to our business and quickly got measurements, matched perfectly the samples we had and a few days later Eli showed up with the material.
