Love this spa. I work with Kaye mostly, but have had massages with other staff members. They are kind, welcoming and listen to your needs.

Called the day before my service to add on to a gift card i had previously purchased, i was quoted $50_ so i paid for it over the phone so i wouldn't have to worry about it after my appt. Instead of being charged the $50 i was quoted, i was charged the $120 for a brand new package, on top of what we already paid. I understand if i could not add on to a package but i was told over the phone that it could be done and would be only $50, i then paid for that over the phone and 4 days after the service i was charged the $120. When i called they already knew the situation before i gave my name. Very sketchy. I feel fooled. No call back. Aside from that, the massage was up to par, the facial was not. I am not one of those people who look to get something for free but when you quote someone a certain price and you pay for it right then and there, you don't charge them more than you quoted them without notifying them before the service.
