Zaneta and Bobbi are amazing pet hoteliers. I brought my dog and cat to Luxe once every 4-6 weeks over the 15 months for long weekends and a couple weeklong stays. They were so kind to me, it was easy to book, the facility clean, but the best sign of all was how excited my Opal would be when it was clear she was going to stay here. Thanks for caring for my pets! It was great peace of mind to know they were in good hands.

Very pleased with the service here! Zaneta and Bobby were very friendly. Very clean location. One thing to note was that we asked for pictures and videos of our little girl, but did not get any. They let us complete a late check out without a charge though! Thank you!

Love this place! They are so accommodating and even arranged for our fur babies to get groomed. This allowed for my wife and I have to have peace of mind while traveling, knowing that our girls were well taken care of

I had high hopes for this place but it disappointed me and my husband and made my cat's stay uncomfortable. I had my cat stay there over a 3-day weekend. I am breaking down our and our cat’s experience at the Luxe Pet Hotel this past weekend. I made sure to write instructions so we would hopefully be on the same page. Bobby was quite in a hurry and was clearly not listening to my instructions. Due to this, he fed her only once that day. When I discussed this with Janeta, she just said it’s Bobby’s responsibility. The cat tree was not cleaned before check in and had black particles scattered on each level. There was a gap between the wall and the ceiling filled with random boxes. The box walls do not translate luxury at all. The TV in the room to entertain the cat was never on. The air-conditioning in her room is also always off. We were sweating during visits. My long-haired cat must have been suffering more. She was pooping fine before check-in. We found a lot of dried poop on her hind legs near her butt, which means it has been there for a while everyday she was there even after we cleaned her. Her litter box was not cleaned. Janeta blamed my cat for making a mess of her cat litter. Common sense would say that that is to be expected since they filled her litter box with cat litter 4/5 to the brim. We also brushed her teeth because Bobby told us that is not part of the $70 per night fee. Janeta said they don't do that, and if I wanted that service, I had to pay an extra $15 for the groomer. The way she said it, she was blaming us for not paying $15 for how poorly taken care of our cat looked and was. They did not mention that brushing her teeth and cleaning her butt would not be part of the expensive $70 per night. I had thought that these were basic needs of a pet. Just as we finished cleaning her butt and brushing her teeth, Janeta came and was telling us to leave. She said she cannot let us stay there for long since she had other things to do. Janeta reprimanded me on check-out day that I should not have brought my cat's unnamed bowls and measuring cup because they will just lose them in the many bowls that they handle. She did not mention this in advance. I don't know how they handled my cat's raw pet food - which I told them to specifically freeze when not in use - but she had diarrhea her whole stay there. I brought probiotics which were in her bag during check-in. But frustratingly, they did not give my cat her available probiotics and prolonged her diarrhea and discomfort. Janeta attributed the diarrhea to my cat being anxious with being alone and was telling me that I should be better at giving my cat her independence so she will get used to her rather dismal situation. This is coming from her who, like Bobby, has this spiel when we ask for assurance, “Don’t worry. We will give her lots of love.” every single time. My cat never had any accidents since we adopted her. But shortly after we checked her out of Luxe Pet Hotel and on our way to the airport, she had her first accident in the Uber car. We were almost late for our flight because we had to clean her and her carrier at an airport bathroom. Her diarrhea and sweating from her hot room dehydrated her. As soon as we got home, I gave her water. She usually does not drink water since she gets her fluids from the moisture in her wet food. But this time, she dunked her head in her water bowl for minutes and drank so much water, something we had never seen her do, ever. I do not usually do reviews but I am sharing our and our cat’s experience at Luxe Pet Hotel as I found it a duty on my part to let other cat owners who are considering to board their cat in this place know what kind of experience they and their cat are going to get. I wish I read more reviews about how cats were being treated in this facility. But when I researched this place prior to making reservations, I only saw reviews mostly from dog owners. This place may be the considered a good place for dogs, but from our horrible experience, they do not give “lots of love” to cats.

Loved the service our pups received at this little hotel. We had never left our dogs in a place like this and they were probably terrified, but the management was excellent in making us feel comfortable. We were able to enjoy a night out on the town without worrying about our babies.
