This place is appointment only, which would be fine if they literally ever answered their phone. I left them two voicemails and called numerous times to try to schedule an appointment for me and my bridesmaids to get our nails done the day before my wedding. I never heard back and no one ever picked up the phone, so I ended up using Chestnut Nails, and they were great! Clearly this place does not have decent customer service or the consideration to call people back.

I walked in one person working on client other on her phone she asked If I had appt. I said no and was told I could not be seen. I said you're on your phone she said she was waiting for client, I walked out.

Called the same day for an appointment and they fit me right in. The got a full set and pedicure, and my nails still looked great after 2 weeks. The salon chatter/gossip can be a tad bit annoying, but overall a pleasant experience.
