I love my experience. Simon was very professional and Alex which did my makeup was beautiful and her hands are so delicate. She's so soft spoken and polite. I loved my experience there.

I placed an order online to go pick up on Tuesday June 14, 2022 around 4pm. The fake blonde, Asian older lady is so rude. In my receipt says sales person Alexandria L. She has a horrible attitude for no reason. She didn't greet me when I walked in, or not even a "thank you have a great day" after my purchase. Then I went back because I bought 2 Mac fragrances because I wanted a gift box, and, I didn't get the other ladies name. She's gorgeous, African-American with short hair. She was so happy to help me, she greeted me with a good attitude and a nice smile. She happily gave me a gift box for the perfumes. I wish I would've met her first. Fiveve stars for her . Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was there on Tuesday June 14th, 2022 around 4pm too.

I came to the store ready to make a big purchase but I ended up only purchasing concealer. I told the sales associate that I needed to start doing my makeup bc my job no longer requires that I wear a mask. I kept asking her questions about different products trying to figure out what I needed. She would answer a question then walk away and start doing something else or talking to another associate; She never made any suggestions or “tried” to sell me anything. Unless you already know what you’re looking for, the associates will not be much help. I still like MAC products but I will not return to this store location.

I’m visiting from Minneapolis, MN and M.A.C. was on my list of spots to go, so that I could seek the expertise of a aesthetician in the beautiful brown complexion palette as mine. It’s extremely challenging to find that back home on a consistent basis, if at all! THANK YOU Lark for your time, patience, professional and yet fun flow! I’ll be back when I visit Houston again!! Picked my girls up some product and they liked it

I went in to get my brows and lashes done and the young lady did a beautiful job on me. I didn’t know that they provide these services for free I was shocked. I did buy something and tip the young lady only because I felt it was only right as she did a wonderful job and was so sweet. On my way back now to have them done again!

Always a great experience. Found what I was looking for a a few more essential items. The sales clerk got me excited about my choices. Love this location

I can’t thank Laura enough for making sure I was flawless for my 40th birthday party. I came in someone else who was suppose to do my make up flaked on me the night before. I walked in at 5 pm and explained my situation and what I wanted to accomplish. Not only did she give me the look I was looking for she even convinced me to try a different kind of lash and lip gloss. I received so many compliments at my party I made sure I passed Laura’s name and me location to everyone who asked.

I love this store, I love it more on a weekday. Why? It is not crazy busy. The folks here are very helpful and will assist you with anything you may want. Want a make over? Call ahead. I don't really advise coming here on a weekend afternoon, during prom season, or any other time when you think a place like this will be overly busy. There is limited parking. Great products and wonderful folks make for a great experience.

Tina was awesome! I don't not wear makeup often nor do I know the basics very well...well I can at least do foundation, eyeliner, mascra. She took the time to explain everything and show me how to get started.
