Probably the poorest customer service experience of my entire life. Sent them several photos of the hardware color I needed on the shower doors. They said it wasn’t a problem and they would be able to match it perfectly. I asked them to send me a photo of the hardware so I could make sure it matched. I could tell based on the photo it was not a match at all and I told them this. They said, “no it’s just the lighting its going to match.” They show up on install day and sure enough it doesn’t match. I tell them I’m not taking the shower doors until we find matching hardware. They tell me they will go back and see if they can find something that matches. After this... I keep following up with them asking if they found matching hardware. Eventually I just give up and assume they won’t be able to match it. So I start looking for other shower door companies, but within a few days I start getting multiple calls per day from this place. They keep calling during the week during work hours, and eventually I step away from my desk so I can answer. I could barely hear the person calling due to the reception in my office building, and the call dropped. I figured I would call them when I left Work for the day. When I leave work I check my voicemail and I have an extremely aggressive voicemail from some woman, Keep in mind, they have yet to find hardware to match my bathroom fixtures, but she leaves a voicemail accusing me Of hanging up on her.saying “hello you just answered and hung up on me”.. asking me “are you taking the doors or not” and “I’m not playing around”. It was without a doubt the most disgusting customer service experience I’ve ever experience. There are too many other options out there, I would never ever ever utilize them again. I also kept the voicemail in case it was disputed.

This company, family owned and ran, is awesome. They worked tirelessly to make a wall of windows in my house perfect. And I love it. It is beautiful. They also did frameless shower doors for 2 of my bathrooms. Taking time to show me pictures and allow me to customize my choices. They also measured 17 different kitchen cabinet doors to have glass inserts cut. So by using this company for 3 different jobs, I am confident M.I.Glass is the right company to use. Do not recommend in my opinion! Customer service was not very good and the quality of the glass is very poor I just bought a glass table top 6 months ago and it just split right in half for no reason!! We hardly even use our table just for dinner time we never place anything hot directly onto the glass table top or anything heavy either. And yesterday we were having dinner and it just made a loud noise and split right in half! I’m just glad we did not get hurt since it happened while we were using it!

I just had our master bathroom shower redone and M.I. Glass handled the glass wall and door. My wife and I are quite pleased at how nice it looks and functions. I would not hesitate to use M.I. Glass again in the future.

Very Rude! Customer service is not their strong suit. I emailed them over a week ago, 11 days to be exact, inquiring about an estimate. I emailed them saying this: "Good afternoon, I am in need of window tinting for a few windows and a door at our shop located on Fallbrook and North Fairbanks. Is this something you are interested in and can do? If so, Is someone available for an estimate? Do you need measurements? Thank you" I never received a reply. I called them to ask and the lady that answers said " We don't reply to those type of emails because its probably Spam" I tell her" Ok, well can you provide a quote for us" And she starts asking me about what kind of tint, what size, what resistance" I don't know about tint that's why I need YOU! To tell me and provide estimate. She just sounded like she was not interested at all, and that's OK but her attitude was just a shocker to me. I wouldn't even want to do the work with them even if they were cheaper than competitors based on that representatives attitude.

This place was able to get the glass for my patio door in under 24 hours which was great, they were available really fast to install it and they did a good job installing it. However , if going with this company make sure to be explicitly CLEAR regarding what the price is BEFORE they do any work. Two people that work there gave me two completely different prices $150 difference-which is a big difference. Overall wouldnt really recommend unless there was no other option, in which case make sure you confirm the price before they even enter the house.

You guys did an amazing job. So, the next time a rock hits the patio window while my husband is cutting the grass....I will definitely call you! Thank you so much for your immediate service. The "other guys" said they would call to make an appointment Wednesday or Thursday. Who knows when they could actually come out. I called at 2p. You were out by 5pm and done by 6pm AND you took the broken glass! AWESOME JOB!!!! Thanks again!

This company installed my frameless shower doors for my guest bathroom this AM....they were on time and very professional....good price for good service....i would recommend...

Called this morning around 10, was able to text them a picture of the broken glass. They responded in less than 10 min with a quote, and we're out to the house by 1:30. Glass completely installed and good as new by 2:20. Very fast and reliable.

Showed up in appointment window. Price was cheaper than originally quoted. Professional attitude from installer and quality work. Thanks
