I have gone to Dr. Smith for over 10 years. Well, I still get nervous going to the dentist. He does a great job of checking in with his patients and it’s virtually pain free. I would recommend Dr. Smith and his staff to anyone
I have had a fear of dentists since I was in middle school and had braces. In the last 10 years, I have been to a dentist maybe 4 times, varying across the Okc area. I am now 23 and I recently had a filling break, and both my parents see Dr. Smith. I was scared going in for the cleaning and the repair, but everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable. Cierra did a great job of listening to me and making me feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Smith did a great job at repairing my tooth and continuously checked in on me. I love everyone in the office and now I look forward to going back!
I love Dr Smith and his crew! Dr Smith doesn’t beat around the bush, thinks up a game plan for care in almost lightning speed too. His daughter Rachel runs the front desk and she’s always so nice to talk to and always has the answers! I forget her name but the dental hygienist is so so funny and makes the visits real fun! Sabrina his dental assistant is also the coolest lady i think i’ve ever met and is always so stylish!!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice! From the warmth and courtesy when walking in the clinic, to the precious hygienist Cierra who immediately addressed all my concerns and put me at ease, to Dr Smith who was so very kind and personable and so thorough and comforting. I’m so thankful I was led to Dr Smith and his staff.
Overall, the best dentist that I have found for my family. From the treatment plan to financing & for this office to be a local business as well, they check all of my high standard marks & some.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Smith takes his time to explain your treatment and the importance of having certain procedures done. Great experience.
As always, my experience at Dr. Smith's office was fantastic, from start to finish! I've been going to Dr. Smith for over 20 years, and they are professional and super friendly, every time. The hygienist, Sierra, was awesome - quick and thorough! And, refreshing to have a friendly attitude first thing in the morning when I'm still waking up. Great job! Would highly recommend!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. Be aware that this dentist can be out of network and not inform you. I just paid $200 out of pocket for a CLEANING claim from 3 years ago, while I was in the military. They neglected to inform me that they went out of network since I started seeing them. I got it down to $200 after basically begging for THEIR administrative neglect. Per google, the average cleaning costs $125 and I was told "Sorry that you think the price is high but that is what our customers pay." Service members beware.
This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the care I received. Staff really cares about their patients. An excellent experience.
Dr. Smith and his office are amazing. My son had a dental emergency very late on a Saturday night and he answered the call. I cannot express my appreciation enough. Our office visit that Monday was excellent. He saw us waiting to check in and came to say hello. I’ve never received this kind of service from any other provider.
