For some reason they don’t pick up your garbage ... which is literally what you pay for. I’ve had to call and ask them to come get the trash on the pick up days countless times and I always get a nasty response or excuse. I’ve even had them swear up and down that I didn’t have my bin out then call me back five minutes later and say, “The guy is coming now he missed your street.” Forget getting an apology for the nasty attitude! Definitely look elsewhere.

Disappointed, as its a local company and I certainly wanted to support it. Very inconsistent service. Missed usually 1 out of 3 (at best) pickups. That's the basic essence of garbage service...picking it up. Seemed like they're changing drivers, or shifts altered, never knew anything about our account / house, or any one of a dozen excuses. Gave it about 8 months, but eventually got tired of calling in "you missed my garbage please pick up." The receptionist was polite, but there's only so many times you can hear "Gosh we keep missing your house." Its just a poorly run business. Hope it turns around, it hurt to have to switch to a national company.

I have never had a major problem and I've been a customer for over 5 year's. My mother has put my trash out a few times and put items that I told her DO NOT go in the trash and they take it out. They don't throw it just place it next to my trash can. The lady I talk to on the phone when I need extra items picked up is so nice. Every company will have a bad Apple and I did have 1 pick up guy who wasn't very nice but besides that no other problems and I hope it stays that way

Owner is vindictive, charging loyal customers an extra $30 out of nowhere because he lost a contract. Won't use their dumpster services in the future.

Driver leaves the trash container in the middle of the road causing a big traffic hazard AND liability for my family. I gave up talking with Mario the owner.
