I would highly recommend avoiding this brand. Both my brother and I got backpacks from here and after a little over a year, a strap from my brothers bag has completely torn off and the other is on its way. The interior of my bag has ripped from putting my laptop in and out. Because it's been over a year, there's no warranty for these fixes, which I find unacceptable for a 500 dollar backpack. These bags are no doubt made from beautiful material, but the lack of durability makes it far from worth it. I know other bag brands that take the durability of their products much more serious and offer lifetime warranty within the normal scope of use. Those are the brands worth your money.

My wife & vacationed in Vancouver, BC a couple years ago. While there we stopped into M0851. She fell in love with a bag but she had recently purchased a new bag so decided to pass. I kept the model the bag in my wallet fro a couple years. When I found a good reason to purchase her a new bag I was devastated to find the bag discontinued & no longer available. I then found there was one in the New York store. After some great discussions I was able to get the bag. Amy at the store was unbelievably helpful & took pictures of things I may have been interested in & emailed them to me. She even a matching pouch that I bought. Amy arranged shipping & my wife was super happy. Next time I'm in NYC I will be surely shopping at this store again

I have mixed experiences at this shop, the first time was great patient and knowledgable staff but not the second time. I went in the store to see if they offered repairs since the stitching of my wallet had came off, the only female staff there was with another customer and wanted me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes, finally asked her if the company offered repairs for my wallets she not only didn't answer my question but then started to be really pushy. I thought since English wasn't her first language, she probably didn't understand the question so I asked again and still got mixed information from her. At one point she told me the company doesn't offer repair services but then later she told me I could drop off my wallet in the store and have the store send it back to the atelier in Montreal. I walked out of the store immediately when i noticed how pushy and clueless she was.
