This was an excellent option for the sale of our home in Western Massachusetts. We were impressed with Andrew's knowledge and willingness to provide advice during the process. The online process is easy to navigate, and Andrew is responsive to any questions. We liked that he provided a sign under his company name, though we didn't need it because we received multiple offers during the few days it took for shipping! I would highly recommend the flat fee listing service through Andrew Hillman to anyone who has the ability, time and resilience to act as their own agent.

I have used InstaMLS to sell 3 homes in Massachusetts over the last 10 years. I have a lot of experience with listing agencies. InstaMLS's service is top notch but it's more than that. I may have paid for a limited service listing but nothing felt limited from start to finish. They have killer customer service and this is what counts most. My late night emails always received a late night response. They know all the tricks of marketing and selling and they teach you how to execute them. The best part is that InstaMLS provides how-to knowledge so you do not make costly mistakes. I keep telling Andrew to write a book to share his wealth of knowledge with others. Incredible service. Remarkable broker.
