MAC Cosmetics

Terrible. 0stars. My daughter made an appointment to have her make up done for a photo shoot before her surgery. . She is battling cancer and has to have new brushes and the MAC rep needed to wear a mask to have the make up put in. All of these precautions are medically necessary. She made the appointment a week in advance having been clear about her needs. One hour before her appointment time she was called and told that new brushes would not be used and a mask would not be used. The rep was not comfortable with this. The manger backed the rep up. my daughters special day wa ruined. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My daughter was told all of the needs could be met and then they decided not too. Poor management and poor client satisfaction. This is besides being uncaring and respecting of my daughter that is battling cancer daily. If the MAC did not want to do her makeup the rep should have said so a week ago, not an hour before the appointment. The manager should manage and take care of the customers. Poor customer service besides poor manners and poor behavior. I am asking that this store be boycotted due to the bad behavior toward my daughter. If you know anyone battling cancer or any illness this should infuriate you.
