Jacob who works there is the best! On top of being very good at his job and knowing the products, talking to him was like the brother I was catching up with. Thanks for the fabulous makeup and solid nyc experience!

My wife and I went here with many makeup questions and Patricia was so awesome. It was a fun experience and we left with products that my wife is really happy with.

Very bad experience , I was there yesterday , the staff very unprofessional , I was served by a girl named Tamika , she was rude and had too much attitude. I ask to one of the other girls for the manager she pretended to be one of the managers and told me the manager was out for lunch . If you want buy Mac products please go to another store this one is full of people who doesn’t want to work but stay shilling and gossip instead of offering a good service to customers

My 94 year old mom left her cellphone at Macy’s flower show yesterday. We figured that out today and tried to reach someone at the store all afternoon. I drove from my home in NJ tonight to search. Register by register we went until finally two angels at the MAC counter helped us find the phone. Impossible mission was accomplished!! Thank you to everyone who helped us out today, specially our two angels.

Christian did my makeup this morning for a work head shot and he did an amazing job! He took my typical makeup style and personality into consideration and made sure I walked out of the store feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

Chrystina was really sweet, personable and so easy to work with. She did a great job! My makeup was exactly as we had discussed. It was a hot day and lots of dancing… and the makeup lasted all night long. I would definitely recommend!

I'm giving two star just for the sales girl that helped find the products I wanted. She was nice and got the things that I needed without any hesitation. However everything changed once we got to the register to pay. This rude sales guy was acting like he was better than us. He was mad and rolling his eyes at us like he didn't want to deal with us. Then my friend decided to get a lip liner which at the end we didnt get because he didn't wanted to go get it. So I bought what I already have and left. Even when I was trying to swipe my card he took another customer like we weren't there. No going back EVER.

WORST. I had been to the store just 2 hours back and had the most awful experience. I have a low vision and wanted someone to help me out with the correct foundation shade but the staff there did not seem concerned at all. Every staff member was just telling me to ask some other staff member whereas everyone was roaming there free and without any work. They did not care to help me at all even after asking them for help twice and thrice. MAC Cosmetics you make people look beautiful but i think you need to make your staff members become beautiful,kind and generous at their heart first. Disgusted, disrespected and insulted. I would never buy MAC products again.

Worst MAC store I’ve been to. The service is awful. It looks like they’re just not motivated to sell anything. I came in saying I would like to try a few products that I ended it buying and the lady with a Penelope tattoo on her chest kept telling that if I need to have the makeup done, I should pay for it. Then she suggested me to apply the products myself and didn’t even offer anything else. Do they know there that they are loosing profit this way??

Literally the worst customer service ever!!! They never Aknowledge you. The first time I went in the girl rushed me out so hard and was so rude didn’t even say hi at all. I came in to do an exchange cause I couldn’t do it at the regular MAC store wish I could’ve cause I really didn’t want to see their faces again and I stood in line the only person in line. 6 of them were standing around gossiping complaining about customers. Finally someone comes around to put something on the floor I catch her attention and she doesn’t greet me doesn’t even look at me. Over all it was so rude I wish there was a manager I could’ve spoken to cause that location is dragging Down the MAC brand so hard
