In all my 10 years of shopping at MAC, this was my BEST experience ever!!! Thank you so much Jeremiah. You made this such a beautiful experience. I came in to buy one thing and ended up buying 5 things. When the employees make you feel better you spend a lot more.

I can’t say enough about how AMAZING Jose is! I don’t typically wear makeup and had no idea what I wanted outside of lashes. Jose listened to my plans for the evening and took into consideration my lack of experience with makeup and suggested products that I will actually use and love! My makeup was FLAWLESS!! Big thanks to Jose! Phenomenal job!

OMG! Jose really made my day and in such little time. Jose is a talented artist so you’ll not be very lucky if you cross paths. Jose was really knowledgeable and friendly and was very kind to advise me before I got to the counter and then afterwards. I provided nothing but a picture of my dress and some earrings and Jose turned that into an entire look. Thanks a million!

I was really tensed as the color what I wanted to buy was out of stock in entire Georgia but Tomme , Kenneth and Lana went out of their way to help me so nicely to order the product with express shipping. They are the BEST Mac team I have ever interacted ever and I am using Mac over 15 years. Just love you all three and god bless you

Things started off a little late after waiting for my appointment. Once Jose was assigned to me things started to shine. When I tell you Jose played hands on my natural look with smokey eyes, I forgot all about the late start. I have had my makeup applied before at Macys Mac counter, but this one tops it. Jose gave me exactly when I wanted for my birthday celebration. I will be back!

I meet the most professional makeup artist today at the MAC Booth in Lenox Square. Not only was his professionalism on display, but he made me feel like the important person in world! I told the manager to give him a raise!

Me and my daughter came today to get a foundation match. Taevon helped us and he was so much fun, professional and knowledgeable. He made my daughter feel wonderful today and walked out with other purchases. He match everything perfectly and demonstrated the technique for each product. Can’t wait to come back.

If I could rate this location no stars I would. I was so excited to get my mother out of the house cause she was so paranoid of catching COVID. 2 weeks ago was her birthday I wanted to treat her by getting her make-up done. I shop at Lenox so I took her to that MAC. 2 black guys normally be there 1 with red hair and a dark skin male. I don't know their name but I purchase a concealer from them both before. When I walked I look for the 2 but wasn't there I guess. There was 3 associate there but they were laughing loud and horse playing with each other. The 2 Hispanic guys and a girl were playing fighting and the short black guy was laughing. My mom looked at me horrified. That was my signal to leave. I wanted her makeup done so I didn't. The Hispanic guy asked how can he help me. I told him I will like to get my mother's make-up done. He went a spoke with the other 2 people. Came back and said they were booked. I looked around no one was in the store. I said but no one doing make-up right now. He went about the about they only do make up every hour. Still, I didn't get it. No one was in the store, not even a customer just me and my mother. I did want to stress my mother out so I left. As I was leaving he smirk and said have a good day. If my mother wasn't with me I would have torn that store up cause that guy is a rude af. I was embarrassed I took my mother to that location. I will never in my life step a foot or ever recommend anyone going to that location. Why do MAC hire people that don't want to work? How do you work for a makeup brand with a full face on but don't like to do make-up? If you in the mood of being disrespect take you a trip to MAC Lenox.
