I done the Brazilian waxing 3 times. But I won’t go it anymore. I was expecting to be completely remove all hair ,but it seems she was not so attentive, we communicated, the first time was good ,the second time just fine,the third time I was very disappointed. Be away when she keeps talking with you and doesn't focus on her work.

I found my new best friend!!! Gentle, amazing, friendly. It was my first time meeting her and she felt like family. Almost forgot I was there for a wax. And the fact that she gave me goodies and explained everything and how to use them was also amazing. If you're looking for a new friend and a great wax, this is your girl!

My wife and I came in for a couples Brazilian. We were both incredibly nervous going in but Melissa definitely took care of us. She's very vocal and walked us through the process and what to expect as far as the waxing treatment and the after care before and after our session. The waxing itself was definitely bearable and Melissa took great care of us to make sure we were comfortable. Our experience was so incredible and we plan and making trips here a regular thing.

Melissa is super professional! She is informative, gave clear after care instructions, and cares about how YOU feel when you go in for a service. I thoroughly recommend her if you're looking for someone who uses hard wax in the North SJ / Milpitas area!

Melissa is the best, she's fast with out making it painful, and she's so fun to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and her wonderfully welcome chit chat keeps you distracted from what ever part of your body she is working on. Now I'm not going to lie and say its 100% pain free, but getting waxed at this place and by her you won't regret it!

I had been searching for a new wax place in Milpitas for awhile now and found Mac's Strips via Yelp. Melissa is a one woman show and is amazing at what she does. As soon as you walk in for your appointment, she makes you feel comfortable and strikes up great conversation to make you feel as if you had been friends with her for years. Melissa is the Brazilian wax queen! She makes the Brazilian wax feel almost painless. She teaches you a variety of breathing techniques that really help with the pain. She is very gentle and wants to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend going to Melissa if it is your first wax. Afterwards, she gives you a post wax kit and educates you on how to prevent ingrown hairs and irritation. It was easily the best wax I have ever had! I also got an eyebrow wax and wow my eyebrows have not looked this good in a long time. She will wax and tweeze your brows until they look perfect. Her pricing is super reasonable. For first time Brazilian waxes, it is $60, but for repeat customers it is only $50, which is actually cheaper than the place I was going to. Her eyebrow waxes are $20. Booking with her is really simple. You can schedule via text or online. She is very responsive via text. She is very busy, but she will try to squeeze you in whenever possible. I was grateful to get an appointment the very same day I reached out to her. Based off this fantastic experience, I am now going to be a regular here. Highly recommend!

Melissa was so fun and knowledgeable and she made my first manzilian a real breeze. We talked through it the entire time and it turned out to be much less painful that I had imagined it would be. Definitely going back to see her for the foreseeable future.

She is the best and friendliest waxer out there!!! She has awesome tips for in between waxings and she will make even a newbie feel comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else!
