MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub

It was the worst experience of the year for us. Too one hour to get a salad, burger flat bed. Burger ordered 15 minutes later than the rest came out first. No silverware after 10 minutes they came back to take burger back cuz it is now cold. It comes back out microwaved. The rest of the food came it still no silverware. First time we have eaten there and it will definitely be the last. The one start is for the waitress because she had to endure the incompetence all by herself.

Always a fun time great suds and grubs. Service has always been great and friendly. Just a good spot for dinner or a quick appetizer and beer!

Our lunch took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to our table. It was not crowded, but the cook called in sick. The manager was cooking. The food was pretty good, but he should have comped us. They only took off 20%.

The only thing that was good was the cowboy nachos. Saw our waitress twice had to get up and ask for the check. Waste of time and money.

Always good food although I think they need a dedicated host or hostess as it's time consuming to be seated but there service is great prices are reasonable and I look ke supporting a local business by spending my money with them. All in all if they were better at getting folks to the table quicker I would rate 5 stars. Try the meatloaf it's awesome !
